INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

Individual counselling is a personal, one-on-one process where we trained therapist helps a person explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life challenges. The goal is to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth.

COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy is a form of counseling aimed at improving relationships between partners. It provides a structured environment for couples to communicate openly, understand each other better, and resolve conflicts constructively.

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING

Relationship counselling is a supportive therapeutic process that helps individuals or couples navigate challenges in their interpersonal connections. It focuses on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering emotional intimacy.

GERIATRIC COUNSELLING 

Geriatric counselling is a specialized form of therapy that supports older adults in coping with the psychological, emotional, and social challenges of aging. It aims to enhance quality of life, promote independence, and address issues linked to physical decline, grief, loneliness, and mental health.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling designed to help family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, and understand each other more deeply. It involves one or more family members working with a trained therapist to strengthen relationships and create a healthier home environment.

DEPRESSION

Depression is a common but serious mental health condition characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It affects how a person thinks, feels, and functions in daily life.

ADDICTION

Addiction is a chronic condition where an individual compulsively engages in a behavior or consumes a substance despite harmful consequences. It affects the brain's reward system, leading to an intense craving and loss of control over use.

STRESS & TRAUMA

Stress and trauma are emotional responses to challenging or disturbing life events. While stress is a natural reaction to pressure or threat, trauma is often the result of intensely distressing experiences that overwhelm a person's ability to cope.

ANGRY OUTBURSTS

Angry outbursts are sudden, intense displays of anger that may involve yelling, aggression, or loss of emotional control. They often arise from built-up frustration, stress, or unresolved emotional issues.

ANXIETY

Anxiety is a natural emotional response to perceived danger, stress, or uncertainty. While occasional anxiety is a normal part of life, excessive or persistent anxiety can interfere with daily functioning and may develop into an anxiety disorder.
